01 Problem

Urban poor students get stuck in the Philippine ID loop, where every document needs another document, and miss out on scholarships.

02 What I built

The Soroban contract, the testnet deployment, the voucher roles (barangay official, teacher, neighbour) and the student profile UI.

03 Security notes

An identity is committed on-chain before any vouch is accepted. Vouchers must be registered, and the threshold is enforced in the contract.

04 Impact

A working proof that community trust can stand in for missing paperwork, with a verified demo student live on Stellar testnet.
