From Passive Learning to Active Building

I build for |
IT student, cybersecurity builder, developer, and community leader. I turn ideas into secure systems, useful products, and learning spaces that help people grow.
ORGANIZATIONS I'M PART OF

ABOUT

I'm Salvador Vincent Javier — but everyone calls me Vincent. I build secure systems, design useful interfaces, and keep learning by shipping real work.
Currently diving deep into cybersecurity and software development as a BSIT undergraduate at Polytechnic University of the Philippines. I like turning technical complexity into systems that are easier to use, easier to trust, and easier to maintain.
Outside of classes, I lead cybersecurity initiatives across multiple organizations and constantly push myself to turn knowledge into action. Growth doesn't come from passive learning — it comes from building, presenting, iterating, and doing the uncomfortable work in public.

Google Cybersecurity certified. Vulnerability analysis, network security, and security operations.

React, Next.js, and cloud infrastructure. AWS networking through AWSCC PUP.
Leading teams across GDG PUP, CyberPH, PUP MSC, DEVCON Manila, and more.
